ApplyFox.ai is a platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help job seekers automatically find and apply to job listings based on the preferences they provide. The Service includes AI-generated cover letters and automatic submission of applications to job listings.

Key Features:

  • Resume Analysis: AI-driven analysis of your resume to match it with job opportunities.
  • Job Search & Auto Application: Our AI finds and automatically applies to jobs based on your preferences.
  • Cover Letter Generation: AI-generated cover letters tailored to each job application.
  • Autopilot Mode: Optional feature for continuous automatic applications without user input.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are not barred from using our Service under any applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ApplyFox.ai, you agree to:

5. Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. ApplyFox.ai is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Subscription and Fees

ApplyFox.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. The paid plans provide additional features, such as a higher number of daily job applications and priority support.

Payment:

  • Free Plan: Basic features with limited job applications.
  • Paid Plans: Features such as unlimited job applications, access to Autopilot Mode, and additional customization options.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in the subscription agreement.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to renew. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Use of AI and Limitations

While ApplyFox.ai uses AI to assist in job applications and cover letter generation, we do not guarantee that the job applications submitted through our Service will result in interviews, job offers, or employment.

Limitations:

  • ApplyFox.ai is not responsible for job postings that are no longer available, inaccurate, or misrepresented by third-party job boards.
  • Our Service is not a substitute for human judgment or professional career advice.
  • ApplyFox.ai cannot guarantee undetectability or acceptance by all employers, although our AI is trained to provide professional-grade applications.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

ApplyFox.ai collects and uses personal information such as your resume, job preferences, and application data in order to provide the Service. This data is used exclusively to help match you with job opportunities and complete job applications on your behalf.
